The Ravens of the Tower of London





Every crow has its own name, a colored ribbon to the leg ... and clipped wings to avoid going out too much.
The presence of ravens in the Tower of London is traditionally regarded as a protection of the British Crown and the Tower itself; a superstition tie the fate of the crows to the British crown: "If the ravens in the Tower of London will die or fly away, the Crown will fall and Britain with it."
